5 stars because 1. James was a pleasure to work with, was knowledgeable, and very communicative. As plans unfolded he kept me informed and talked out each variable which allowed me to make informed decisions. 2. I shared my vision for my project and he ran with it, making it fun and easy. 3. He always led with my priorities which were function and being cost conscious. 4. He was an advocate for me while working out decisions with a sub contractor (a plumber). 5. All and all great and honest guy. He has been and will continue to be my go-to for all home improvement projects big and small. I did a garage remodel, making it a half storage and half a climate contrilled butler pantry with a sink. Before and after photos attached.
